Privacy notice

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and provide requested services. Accepting the terms is not blanket permission for outreach or sharing your documents.

1. Who handles your information

Samaveda Capital operates this website and Veda. This notice covers personal information processed for enquiries, onboarding, AI-assisted analysis and related business services. For questions or requests, contact Srinal Earakula at team@samavedacapital.com.

Veda is intended for business users aged 18 or over. Do not submit information about children or sensitive personal details that are not needed for your business request.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process contact details such as your name, email, WhatsApp identifier and phone number; your role and business interests; messages and documents you provide; and company, fundraising or investment information relevant to your request.

We also process verification status, terms version and acceptance records, messaging preferences, delivery and error events, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service. We may create summaries, extracted facts, provisional assessments and suggested matches from your materials. Public research and information you authorise us to retrieve can supplement what you provide.

For website use, technical data may include IP address, browser and device details, cookies, session information and usage events. The site may use analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity. Browser and device settings can limit cookies or tracking; blocking essential storage may affect sign-in and other features.

3. Why we use it

We use information to verify access to your email, respond to enquiries, maintain conversation continuity, analyse the materials you ask us to review, prepare requested work, and help identify potentially relevant opportunities or counterparties. We also use necessary records for security, abuse prevention, service troubleshooting, consent evidence and applicable legal obligations.

The verification email is sent because you request it during onboarding. It is not a marketing subscription. We do not treat a verification code or acceptance of the terms as permission for unrelated marketing, a named introduction or disclosure of a deck.

4. AI processing and human review

Messages or documents relevant to your request may be processed by AI and document-analysis providers. Summaries, scores and recommendations are provisional and may be wrong. They do not independently decide whether you receive funding or whether a counterparty invests.

You can identify an error, supply a correction, ask about an assessment, or request human review by contacting us. Do not send information you are not authorised to provide. A chat is not a substitute for a separately agreed NDA or a secure channel required by your own obligations.

5. Providers and external sharing

Service providers used for relevant features may include Meta/WhatsApp and Kapso for messaging; Microsoft or Google for email and calendars; Supabase for data services; Vercel and Fly.io for hosting; and AI or document-processing services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs and Docling. The providers involved depend on the feature used; this does not mean every record is sent to every provider.

Authorised team members and service providers may process information needed to operate the service. Providers may process data in countries outside your own, subject to applicable requirements and the arrangements governing that processing.

We do not sell your personal information. Sharing with a prospective investor, founder, funder or other business counterparty follows the separate permissions applicable to the requested action. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

6. Protection and retention

We use access controls, encrypted connections and other technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. Veda’s WhatsApp message records and onboarding email addresses are stored in encrypted form, and verification codes are checked using a protected digest. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Verification codes expire after ten minutes and attempts and resends are limited. We retain messages, business materials, derived work and service records only for the purposes described here and applicable retention requirements. Different record types may have different retention periods; consent, security, legal and separately contracted engagement records can require longer retention than an active chat.

Deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove a record immediately from backups or a provider’s independently retained records. We will explain any relevant limitations when handling a request. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask to access or correct your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw a permission, or request deletion by messaging Veda or emailing team@samavedacapital.com. We may need to verify that a request is yours before disclosing information or making a change.

On WhatsApp, PRIVACY requests the notice, STOP stops WhatsApp messaging, and DELETE invokes the channel’s erasure process. Stopping messages does not itself delete all records. Withdrawing a permission may prevent us from continuing a feature that needs that information; it does not automatically reverse an action already completed with your permission.

We will handle requests and complaints under the law applicable to them, including any exceptions for necessary legal or security records. If a concern is unresolved, any right to approach a competent regulator or authority remains available as applicable.

8. Notice updates

This notice was updated on 24 September 2026. We will publish a dated version when our practices materially change and give additional notice or request consent where required. The linked terms explain Veda’s onboarding and separate action permissions.
